We're just days away from the 2014 NBC4 Health and Fitness Expo! Our Expo will be held Jan. 11 and 12 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington,D.C.
The Expo will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
With the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics less than a month away,we’ve brought winter sports fun for you,including an indoor skating rink and a curling area.
Our special guests (scheduled to appear) include Today weatherman Al Roker,national radio personality Delilah,who is heard locally weeknights on WASH-FM,financial expert Jean Chatzky,and from the Real Housewives of Atlanta,husband and wife team Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida.
We'll have free health screenings and hundreds of exhibitors with lots of free health information. And,as always,you will be able to meet our News4 anchors and reporters.
